Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect products received
- Items that do not match the product description
- Returns requested within 7 calendar days of delivery
Return Process

- Our team will review your request and approve the return within 24 business hours
- Ship the items back to our designated address (we will provide the return address upon approval)
Refund Terms
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, credited to your original payment method
- Refund amount excludes original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (defective/incorrect items)
- For defective items, we will cover the return shipping cost or issue a full refund without requiring return
Custom Products
Customized items (including logo embroidery/printing, custom size, GSM, or packaging) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless proven defective.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we will ship the correct items at no additional cost.
