Eligibility for Returns


We accept returns only for:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect products received
  • Items that do not match the product description
  • Returns requested within 7 calendar days of delivery

Return Process

  2. Our team will review your request and approve the return within 24 business hours
  3. Ship the items back to our designated address (we will provide the return address upon approval)

Refund Terms


  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, credited to your original payment method
  • Refund amount excludes original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (defective/incorrect items)
  • For defective items, we will cover the return shipping cost or issue a full refund without requiring return

Custom Products


Customized items (including logo embroidery/printing, custom size, GSM, or packaging) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless proven defective.

Exchanges


We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we will ship the correct items at no additional cost.
